Frequently Asked Questions

Hope Link Development Organization (HLDO) was established in 2019. For over seven years, we have been on the ground in Bamenda and surrounding “hard-to-reach” communities, providing consistent humanitarian aid, healthcare logistics, and educational support.

While we provide traditional humanitarian relief, we focus heavily on Digital Innovation. We bridge the gap between technology and humanity by integrating AI tools in rural classrooms and using advanced logistics tracking for medical supply distribution in the Mezam Division

Transparency is our core pillar. We utilize a manual verification system for donations and provide regular field reports on our website. As an organization managed by digital and logistics professionals, we ensure every Franc or Dollar is tracked directly to the project it was intended for.

Our headquarters is in Mile 4 Nkwen, Bamenda, but our reach extends to the wider Northwest Region. We specialize in reaching “hard-to-reach” outposts and remote rural communities where traditional aid infrastructure is often limited.

We are always looking for dedicated individuals, especially those with skills in healthcare, education, or digital technology. You can apply directly through our Volunteer page or visit our office in Bamenda. Since 2019, our volunteer network has grown to over 10 active members.

Yes. HLDO actively seeks partnerships with international NGOs, tech companies, and health organizations. We offer a localized, tech-literate bridge for global entities looking to make a measurable impact in the North West Region of Cameroon.
